Greenaway Construction, a residential builder specialising in custom homes, aimed to enhance their online presence to attract larger-scale projects while also keeping a steady pipeline of smaller renovation and extension jobs. To achieve these goals, we rebuilt their website to better showcase their expertise, wrote and filmed a brand story video, developed a lead generation campaign for consistent inquiries, and established a targeted social media strategy. Additionally, I conducted monthly meetings to keep all efforts aligned with the client’s business objectives.

GOAL:

To transform their existing one-page website into a comprehensive multi-page site that better communicated their services and expertise. To implement an effective lead generation campaign that attracted potential clients interested in custom home builds and renovations.

APPROACH

Website Redesign: Rebuild the website from a single-page layout to a multi-page structure that showcased their projects, services, and company values more effectively. This included creating dedicated pages for services, project showcases, client testimonials, and about us.

Lead Generation Strategies: Developed a lead generation campaign that would provide valuable resources to potential clients. This included creating a lead magnet - an "apples-to-apples" comparison checklist to help homeowners assess builder quotes, positioning Greenaway as experts in the space and capturing their contact details for EDM follow-up. Paid social media campaigns promoting small projects to ensure a continuously filled pipeline of work and cashflow.

Website Development - Rebuilt Greenaway Construction's one-page site into a multi-page website that highlighted their offerings in more depth. The new website emphasised quality, professionalism, down to earth and the client-focused approach of Greenaway Construction, using content that reflected their dedication to creating spaces that clients love. I handled all the copywriting for the website and blog content, ensuring that the messaging effectively communicated Greenaway Construction's values and expertise while engaging their target audience.*

Lead Magnet Campaigns - Created a lead magnet "Apples for Apples” - a downloadable checklist that served as a valuable resource for homeowners thinking about building. Implemented a lead capture form on the website, enabling Greenaway Construction to collect email addresses and build an email database for future marketing campaigns. This campaign focused on positioning Greenaway Construction as an expert in their field, helping potential clients feel informed and confident in choosing the right builder.

Organic Social Media - Comprehensive organic social media strategy to grow brand visibility and consistently engage Greenaway Construction’s target audience. This involved content planning, creation, and curation, focusing on showcasing ongoing projects, craftsmanship, and client testimonials. By building a narrative that resonated with potential customers, we established a strong online presence that highlighted the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Paid Social Campaigns - To continuously fill the pipeline with smaller renovation and extension projects, I implemented targeted paid social campaigns aimed at capturing leads efficiently. These campaigns were strategically designed to reach potential clients in the Central Coast area, utilising engaging ad creatives that showcased the company’s expertise and unique service offerings.

Content Curation and Creation - The content curation and creation process ensured that all messaging aligned with Greenaway Construction’s brand values while appealing to both larger custom home prospects and those interested in smaller-scale projects. This included developing high-quality visuals and engaging copy that highlighted the company’s craftsmanship and dedication to transforming spaces, effectively attracting a diverse range of potential clients.

Marketing, Operations & Process Documents: Wrote all copy and managed the design of brochures, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral for both digital and print use.

Client Engagement: Conducted monthly meetings to discuss progress, gather feedback, and ensure that all initiatives were aligned with business goals. Worked closely with the client to maintain a strong pipeline of projects, aiding in ongoing business development.
