REBRAND, WEBSITE COPY, LEAD GENERATION & STRATEGY

Intraprojects (previously LJC Building), sought to complete a full rebrand and digital transformation to better position their brand with higher ticket clients. As the Account Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the entire process - from conceptualisation to execution - focusing on the rebrand itself, creating a seamless client experience, building a new website, and developing strategies to showcase their expertise.

APPROACH:

Rebranding - Developed a comprehensive new brand identity, updating the company’s visual identity and messaging. Coordinated with designers to create a new logo, color palette, and brand guidelines that resonated with their core values and target audience.

Website Build - Worked with developers to create a new website that offered a more intuitive user experience, highlighting the company’s expanded portfolio and areas of expertise. Focused on implementing SEO best practices to improve the website's visibility and search rankings.

GOAL:

To refresh the brand to better reflect the company's capabilities. Improving their online presence and user experience. To generate both more B2C leads and establish a stronger portfolio by creating content that showcased the company’s expertise, including an engaging build series for their project highlighting their relationship with trusted architects.

Content Strategy - Developed a Video Build Series - a video series showcasing a current project from start to finish with interviews with both the builder and architect throughout. Began curating a professional portfolio of photographs, project showcases and testimonial videos.

Collateral Design & Copywriting - Managed the design and development of marketing collateral that aligned with the new brand identity. Created compelling copy for the website, marketing materials, and social media to communicate the company’s expertise and ethos.

EXECUTION:

Rebranding & Visual Identity: Coordinated the entire rebrand process, involving logo creation, updated brand assets, and refining brand messaging.

Website Development: Oversaw the design and build of a fully optimised WordPress website, ensuring it was user-friendly, visually appealing, and SEO-friendly.

Lead Generation Campaigns: Created a series of landing pages designed to generate leads, focusing on clear and engaging copy with strong CTAs.

Build Series & Portfolio Development: Planned and executed the Build Series by mapping out all episodes, developing interview questions, and helping the client prepare responses. I coordinated with key stakeholders - including the builder, architect, videographer, and photographer - to ensure a cohesive vision. I also attended the shoot, providing on-site creative direction to bring the concept to life. Additionally, began developing their portfolio, which included project stories, client testimonials, and high-quality images of completed works.

Marketing, Operations & Process Documents: Wrote all copy and managed the design of brochures, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral for both digital and print use.

Client Engagement: Conducted monthly meetings to discuss progress, gather feedback, and ensure that all initiatives were aligned with business goals. Worked closely with the client to maintain a strong pipeline of projects, aiding in ongoing business development.
