ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY, CONTENT CREATION & WEBSITE BUILD
The Dockyard, is a modern hospitality venue in the heart of Newcastle, they wanted to update their online presence. I worked on creating organic social media content and building them a new website to both drive traffic and enhance customer engagement.
GOAL:
The primary goal was to grow The Dockyard’s visibility, establish a cohesive brand identity online, and engage their target audience effectively. Enhance their digital presence through a well-designed, informative website and a tailored organic social media strategy that showcased their offerings and unique atmosphere to encourage more foot traffic.
APPROACH:
For the website build, I worked on creating a user-friendly and visually appealing platform that aligned with The Dockyard’s brand aesthetics and provided an engaging experience for potential customers. For organic social media, I focused on developing a content strategy that would highlight the venue’s atmosphere, events, and menu, ensuring potential patrons were drawn in by the experience The Dockyard had to offer.
EXECUTION
I executed the website build by focusing on a seamless and responsive design, incorporating high-quality visuals, an easy-to-navigate structure, and optimised content that accurately represented the venue’s offerings. For social media, I created an organic content strategy involving eye-catching posts, event promotions, and behind-the-scenes content to connect with the audience authentically. The copywriting for the social content was crafted with a warm and inviting tone, encouraging followers to visit and experience The Dockyard firsthand.
